Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or has a damaged/missing original box.
  • we may approve a return after 14-days (we may charge a restocking)
  • Missing accessories - any missing accessories from the original manufacturer box will be subject to a 30-50% restocking fee of the item price plus the price of accessory/s that is missing. Customers are responsible to ensure and return everything in the package.

  • cancelled orders are automatically subjected to a %50 restocking fee.

Other non-defective items in original condition subject to 20% restocking fee include:

       · Failure of network compatibility in the area – customers are responsible to contact their service provider for the availability of compatible network in the area prior to purchasing the phone. If unfortunately, you have no network due to this reason, you can return the phone with 15% restocking fee of the item price if it is in its original condition.

       · Failure of setting network features – operations and some features are network dependent, such as 3/4G/5G, MMS, GPRS, WAP, and internet services. www.Digitecwireless.com does not guarantee that customers can successfully use those features. Customers are responsible to ensure the item’s compatibility with their service providers and to contact their service providers for setting those features. Any returns due to this reason will be subject to 15% restocking fee of the item price.

Our Products will not work with Metro pcs/ Consumer Cellular/ Boost Mobile/ Cricket and several other second hand carriers


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on *final sale items, clearance, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately.
